Working in the greater Charlotte NC area, we have produced the most beautiful and unique projects in the
Myers Park & Eastover, Dilworth, Foxcroft, Plaza Midwood, Rock Hill, River Hills and Lake Wylie Neighborhoods. Many of our projects have been individually designed by
Charlotte’s most talented architects who always utilize the best products in their designs. As a result, we have experience in using only the best in materials and recognize any material or labor that is under par. We have never built the same thing twice.
The hierarchy of our team includes Scott Kuhlkin, our company president. He has been involved in the Charlotte, NC homebuilding industry for the past 25 years. He also handles sales and estimating. Our general manager ensures that all standards and procedures are being enforced. Our project coordinator handles all the scheduling, subcontracts, special orders and works directly with the client on selections. Each job has a project manager on site everyday handling the day-to-day operations.
We have access, accounts and existing relationships with hundreds of subcontractors and suppliers. Each subcontractor and supplier is handpicked based on the quality of their work, pricing, and effort to stay on schedule. Most of our subcontractors and suppliers have been with us for many years.
